Tea Tuesday

What better place to turn to than the English when it comes to tea. PG Tips is the number one tea in England and for good reason. It has been around since 1869! A fun fact is that Tips was added to the name because only the top two leaves are taken from the tea buds...that must be why it is so delicious! To enhance the tea I added some creamed honey and a tiny bit of almond milk, typically I use skim milk but I was out so I borrowed the roommates. Love this satisfying tea!

Tea Tuesday

Well I missed Tuesday this week but its been a crazy week and I really want to post about green tea this week because it has been saving me! I have had a sore throat since the weekend and I have had green tea every morning to help me get ready for the day. My love of tea actually began with green tea; I have always loved its distinct and unique flavor. I'm really excited about this tea too because this was my first ever purchase with a coupon! It was only about .75 cents savings but I was really excited about being a little thrifty all the same. Thanks Chelsey for thinking of me and giving it to me!

Tea Tuesday

London Fog: New favorite tea. I never thought I liked Earl Gray tea until I tried this mix. It's really delicious! I little spicy and a little sweet, definitely worth a try! One of my girlfriends posted about it on instagram and I just had to try it!! The vanilla flavoring makes it!

Ingredients:

Earl Gray tea
Splash of milk (I used skim)
Drizzle of French vanilla flavoring (remarkably cheap for the size!)

Tea Tuesday

Sleepytime tea is one of my favorite teas! Its a really soft tea that does not have caffeine so its perfect for right before bedtime. It has a hint of vanilla flavor and is really relaxing. It's the perfect ending to a day, and I am just about to call it a night!

Tea Tuesday

Unlike most I don't enjoy a daily cup of joe. Instead, I drink hot coco and tea. In honor of my tea love I will be posting a new tea every Tuesday! The first post had to be one of my favorite ones! This is a Stash peppermint tea. I love drinking this in the morning because its an invigorating tea and makes me feel like I have good breath all day! It also reminds me of the tea you get at an Aveda salon but I'm sure its much cheeper!
